We have limited relationships with third parties to assist us in providing you with the communities and services you have requested. These communities and services are contractually required to maintain the confidentiality of the information we provide them. When you request our services, you are permitting us to provide your personal information to partner communities and services to fulfill your request for more information. We may disclose your personal information if we are required to by a law enforcement action such as a court order, subpoena or search warrant.

Our privacy policy is regularly reviewed and revised to make sure we continue to serve the best interests of our seniors and their families. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this policy so our seniors and their families are always aware of how the information we collect is protected, how we use it and under what circumstances we disclose it.
