I liked 75 State Street very much. Lauren showed me around, and she was excellent. I didn't get a chance to see the rooms, but it was a lovely facility in a nice location. We just visited the different areas and the dining room and they were all nice. They included the meals with the prices, which was good. I liked that I don't have to move if I need more help down the line.

We liked 75 State Street very much. What we especially liked about it is if you have issues with being able to afford it after some time, they can assist you find financial assistance so that you can stay there, which is a big deal. All of their offerings match what we would need. The staff or the person who gave us the tour was lovely. She answered all the questions we came up with and gave us a nice tour of the facility. She was very accommodating and very kind to us. The one apartment we saw would be too small for us because we're still active enough that I would want a little more space than they had. But the other rooms were lovely. They were renovating some of the rooms and they were putting solar panels on their roof. They're doing a lot of updating to make it even more pleasant and more comfortable for everyone. We saw a menu, and it was very lovely. They had a lot of choices. They were also renovating the dining area. They're updating it and getting new furniture. They had an outdoor area with raised beds, which I would be interested in.

I toured 75 State Street and I wasn't impressed by this community. I knew that my loved one wouldn't be happy there. We chose another community because 75 State Street is also located in the city.
75 State Street is an older community. They have done well with what they've got, but it was very choppy, just very difficult to learn your way around and the population seemed to be much older and less active. The room had a small kitchenette. They had a very small outdoor area. The staff seem...
