We toured Access Care Assisted Living. It was small and well-run, and we liked the house it was in. It's very close to where we live. The rooms were very nice and spacious. My mom will be in a private room, which is very nice. They've got an activities room and we like that a lot, so she has something to do. We saw them in the room where they were watching T.V. and playing puzzles. The staff seemed very knowledgeable and nice. We think Mom's going to be very happy.

I toured Access Care Assisted Living. What I liked best was the small house and the high staff-to-resident ratio. Those are the two things I like best. The thing I didn't really like was the non-transportation. We had to provide transportation to the doctors. In terms of cleanliness, it looked great. It was well-maintained and it looked good. They cooked all the meals. They had in-house primary care. They had backyard and front yard porches. They had an activity room. They had the basic medical stuff. They could do medicine management, blood taking, lab tests, and whatnot. The rooms were probably standard and adequate for this area. They're average-sized rooms. They provided a bed and some basic furniture. The place was pretty good.

Access Care Assisted Living was clean and very open. I saw people working with other residents. Some were playing games and some were watching television. Everyone was out and about. No one was really laying in bed. The layout seemed to be positive. The rooms were clean and the manager was very knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and was able to give me information on how much the cost for a single room and a double room would be. It was also well staffed and organized.

In March of 2020 we moved my grandmother into this facility, and I have nothing but good things to say. When finding an aging in place home for my grandmother, we wanted nothing but the best, and this is it. Ms. Loretta, the owner in the home is amazing with care and communication, and Ms. Rose, who is a worker in the home, is an amazing caregiver and is very attentive to the residents. The home is always clean and safe, and they make sure to make thier residents and guest feel safe and welcomed. I would recommend this facility to everyone!

Access Care was an answer to my prayer. I am so thankful for this assistive living facility. Loretta, the owner of the home, and Rose, who works in the home, give nothing short of excellent service all around. The staff truly cares about the residents. My mother, who is 97, moved into this home March, 2020, the beginning of COVID 19. They were successful with keeping everyone free of the virus. Questions and request are answered and addressed quickly and the environment is clean and safe. The lines of communication are always open. I would absolutely recommend this facility.
