I had to give one star in order to write this review. This place has to be the absolute worst place to put your loved one. Where do I start, paying 4k monthly for my 92yr old Grandmother for an absolute waste of money and time. I feel like she was taken advantage of. The staff not all but majority is there just collecting a check, I went to visit and dried feces was in her toilet for several days, her credit card was stolen, her shoes which were brand new crocs were stolen, her room was rarely cleaned, bed never made just covers thrown over bed. The food was absoluty pitiful served on dollar store Styrofoam plates. Food was old, cold only one RA passing food the residents would complain and bless her heart she did her best, but over worked shirt staff she caught the worst of everything. Medication wasn''t administered properly thanks to a acting Director/scheduler Ms. C bullying resident and staff. Run don''t put your your loved one no where near the Assisted Living Side. I have so much more to share but post already to long.

If I could give 0 stars, I would because they killed my Granny. My Granny was here back in February of 2019 for rehab after breaking her wrist. The staff claimed she refused showering but she never did because I always gave her a shower at home. I came in three times a week because the staff wouldn''t shower her. That was strike one. She had to come back at the end of June 2019 after falling and breaking her leg. She had surgery and was unable to walk and was very delirious and confused from the anesthesia. The physician stopped her blood thinner. The staff said she refused being transferred from the bed which they know is critical for preventing blood clots which she had a history of. My mama tried to contact the physician about putting her back on a blood thinner but they said he was on vacation. Me being a CNA and now a nurse knows there should be an on call physician. However, the staff did not care. The nurses did nothing for her. The CNAs did nothing for her. My mama was gonna have her admitted for long term care because she no longer could care for her at home. The day she was gonna do it (July 4th), my mama received a call from a nurse that my granny was throwing up blood and having trouble breathing. She was rushed to the hospital where doctors tried to administer a medication to break up blood clots but it did not work. She was pronounced dead. She died from the blood clot that could have been prevented if they continued giving her the anticoagulant. I would never recommend this place for anyone. Not a resident or staff member. They are responsible for killing my Granny.

I’ve had home health patients placed at this location for sub acute rehab and they had great outcomes. From a community partnerships perspective, their clinical liaison Teri Jordan is well-connected and resourceful. Thanks for doing such great work!
