They can improve by making it clear to these caregivers that people need help and that they should not just show up and that if they don't show up for a certain number of times, they are fired. Read moreThe caregiver comes and does the best she can, she does well. There isn't anything they can do to have a greater impact. They're easy to communicate with, they call me back in a reasonable amount of time, and the caregiver that is here now is very good.
The agency answered all my questions and was decent. They are real nice people and seem to care.
The caregiver helps me shower, and she fixes meals for me. What I like the most about them is that they provide a fantastic caregiver.
She helps me participate in some exercise programs. I like the home health aide is very good and dedicated.
