I''m am very disturbed by the people you have working there as few nights ago i received a phone call from my mother who called me up is distress is currently at Argentine Care Center who went on to say that one of the younger staff there was being highly impolite to my mother claiming that she was not treating her with care but was told by her that your lucky to be here as you''re only here because your family doesn''t care about you, and God hates you. Something needs to be done immediately or we will be taking our mother to a more caring place. I have tried multiple times to get a hold of Argentine Care by phone and that went no where, now i am here to let others know about this issue, next option is to personally come in from New York, we are hard working people and shouldn''t have to deal with this and make me miss a day of work to come in and fix a issue that should never be in the first place, and transfer my mother to a different care center. She said her name was either Andrea or Amanda, she couldn''t tell as she took off her name tag. Take care of this issue immediately. Sincerely, John Alderman
