We couldn''t have chosen a better care center for our Father. It is a beautiful, clean, and efficient center for those who need tender loving care. The care and respect they showed him was exemplary.

If I could leave a negative star, I would! This place is horrible and borders on abuse much of the time. Our experience was with the rehab side. While my mom was there, she was left in her wet and messy briefs for hours at a time! The food was disgusting, including being fed boxed mac and cheese for 5 days in a row with a different meat each day. She lost weight, became depressed, and didn''t progress at all. She would push the call button, they would come clear it and say "I''ll be right back" and not return for hours. Most of the staff were rude (especially the main secretary), when messages were left, there was never a response even from the director. I was finally contacted after we decided to transfer her and then they seemed like they were just trying to save face and were not sincere in the least. The one bright spot were the social workers. Once I found out about them and talked with them, they made things happen, but by that time it was too late and we transferred as quickly as we could.

I have a family member at this facility. All of his immediate family members live out of state so we have never been or seen this facility in person due to the pandemic. However the customer service and follow-up is horrible. It seems like the more I complain, the worse it gets. Now, it''s not communication at all. If you call, the phone continues to ring and ring and ring. If I could give no stars, I would. If they treat the family members like this, just imagine how they may be treating the residents.

My mom was transferred from IMC hospital to here after a fall (7 broken ribs, back fracture and compressed disc). Place looks nice, rooms good size, a couple of aides were awesome but the rest didn’t care to help patients just wanted to play on their phones or visit with each other, not sure we have received the best of care so far. Feel like age is against us. We have to ask them to help with restroom otherwise she sits wet most of the time. Giving it more time hoping it’ll get better.
