If I could rate this facility zero stars I would. My father has been a resident of this facility for a while now and it’s been nothing but battle after battle with the nurses and staff about proper health care for my father. His health has steadily declined since coming here, he’s in and out the hospital every two weeks due to infections from negligence and other issues. Pat Fern and Jenny, we’re the two main people that would fight with me saying he was being properly cared for when you could clearly see otherwise. My father fell out of his bed during the night and I wasn’t notified until the next day and later in the day at that. Pat and Jenny no longer work there, which is suspicious in itself. Maybe the facility will be ran better now, I’m not sure. I still advise you to not bring your loved ones here. All reviews that are 4/5 star reviews are fake.

Please if you care about your family don’t put them into this facility. They don’t clean the rooms, they don’t care for the patient. I had a family member fall in the middle of the night and they didn’t tell us he was in the hospital nor call us immediately could tell us basic information like if their head was hit. Or how it happened. When we go to visit them the rooms have dirty towels, dirty sheets, filled trash cans that are overflowing onto the floor. The floors are sticky. When I asked about my family member a nurse told me they are in this condition because they. (the facility )were short staffed. When asked why the room was dirty was told they ( the facility)have no housekeeping. My family member has declined since arriving. Every time they leave for some type of infection and go to the hospital they get better then it seems like a month later their sick with something that could have been preventable with basic care! If you care about your loved one please don’t send them here !!

The staff are beautiful and wonderful people who try to help you as much as they can. The facility is spotless and clean and pleasant to walk around. The doctor''s too are nice and everyone here seems to be here just to help you get back to yourself. I would highly recommend this facility!!

Atlantic Coast is the best rehab I have ever been to. Cna Seirra and Brenda were amazing and always smiling. The therapists were all a pleasure to deal with and have me the confidence I need to walk again. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone that needs rehab
