They definitely paid for the good reviews. This place is too expensive considering how awful it is. If given a choice this place is a hard no.
Very Attentive with Patience. Didnt Like when I arrived Noone was at the front to open and the nurses that passed in hallways Ignored all including me and keep walking. ( This is in Oberlin Avenue)
I’d give it less than one if I could. These other review MUST be fake! My father-in-has been waiting for a simple cognitive test for over a week so he can be transferred from the dementia unit. “I didn’t know he was ready”... Nurses have zero answers questions. Just get “oh I’ll be right...
I’d give it less than one if I could. These other review MUST be fake! My father-in-has been waiting for a simple cognitive test for over a week so he can be transferred from the dementia unit. “I didn’t know he was ready”... Nurses have zero answers questions. Just get “oh I’ll be right back” never to return. They do NOT communicate between each other. Feeding tube looks infected and he hasn’t even used it in a week. NO ONE told the speech therapist about this. Call with questions, get transferred to someone who ultimately transfers you somewhere else! Get it together. COMMUNICATION IS KEY! State went in for inspection and that was thee 1 time I saw any kind of competence from this place. Finally the halls didn’t smell of urine for a day. I will call state if I do NOT get answers or some cooperation tomorrow. I understand these ppl are underpaid and probably understaffed. Then shame on the home for taking on patients they can’t manage. Ugh! Today my wife and FILs girlfriend were let in by the social worker, normally escorted, then a rude woman at a desk told them they weren’t supposed to do that. Lol COMMUNICATE PPL! On a positive note, the speech and physic therapists is amazing. A couple nurses in different units are super nice. Update, Wound nurse - “ feeding tube isn’t infected. It’s normal” (I’ll tell you the stomach acids irritating his skin and the way it looks is NOT normal.) Chris (social worker for the home) -“the nurses are the ones who decide if he’s ready for release” transferred to nurses station… Nurses - “Chris is the one who makes that decision” I’m calling state screw it.
Read moreabsolutely amazed by this facility, not only is it beautiful inside and out - the staff, specifically Grace, was so insightful & helpful. highly recommend for the surrounding environment, informational staff members and friendly atmosphere.
Absolutely disgusted with the way the entire staff take care of my family members there.
