They really aren’t worth a review. There is so much I can say. What I will say is they lose everything. The social worker told my mother my father had signed everything over to me. He had surgery so was down a week and they took that as he was not concerned about her care so the social worker went in her room as soon as I left and told her my dad had turned everything over to me. She says she didn’t say it but I was on the phone with my mom and I heard her say it. . Pure horror show up there. Her tv did not work for days someone finally came in and plugged it in. She called many times saying she was laying in urine as we called them and Amy did always help. She was kind but the ladies we had meetings with are the very reason they do not even have 2 stars. 1.8 is pitiful just pitiful. I wanted someone to come in and evaluate her for hospice they would only let one company. Of there choosing.again. A complete horror show and I’ll love to see the credentials of the social worker, I’ve never met a more unprofessional, uncaring, mean lady in my life she was absolutely part of the horror show

Dirty, horrible place. HORRIBLE. The TV didn''t work, it looks unclean, feels unclean and smells unclean. The room my father was in had dried blood on the curtains. My father was at this facility for 2 nights and on the 1st night he fell out of the bed, his pants were stolen and his wound care boot he came from the hospital with was stolen (or lost as they stated). But why did these items leave his room at all? On the 1st day there, I was pulled outside the room by 2 different "nurses" who wanted me to explain why he was there, instead of them reading his discharge notes from the hospital. My father asked for the basics: face washed, teeth brushed, can I use the toilet instead of being made to sit here all day and use a pad (demoralizing), a little sun on my face (when curtains were pulled blocking the only window). If he couldn''t get these things, we knew he wasn''t being cleaned and turned properly to avoid bed sores. Upon early discharge, we inquired about his wound vac and was told it belonged to the facility and that we would need to wait for the nurses to remove it, before discharge. We waited, as 2 nurses came in and removed it. Now we are being told we left with a $7000 wound vac. This place is a death trap. It needs to be closed down. DO NOT take your loved ones here. They can not keep up with the patient''s personal belongings or there own belongings. Very disorganized. If I could give a half a star, instead of 1 full star I would.

IF AT ALL POSSIBLE - DO NOT, I REPEAT..... DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE TO THIS FACILITY!!!!! Unfortunately, at the time we didn''t have much choice because our loved one was Covid positive and not many facilities were accepting new patients with Covid. This place has THE worst communication of ANY place I have ever tried getting information from. I can ONLY hope that they treat the patients waaayyyyy better than they do the family members, trying to find out information regarding their loved ones. They allowed my grandmother, who is diagnosed with dementia, to either fall from her bed or she tried to get out of the bed (with a broken femur - of which she doesn''t remember she has, because of the dementia) but they found her on the floor around 1:00pm and she did not get x-rayed until sometime during the middle of the night that night (completely unacceptable) According to the facility she didn''t break anything, but we as a family would have felt a lot better if they had taken her to the hospital for x-rays. It is also ABSOLUTLEY ridiculous that when you call to speak to your loved one that they only have ONE phone for ALL residents...... AND that when you call it takes them several HOURS or NEVER to return your phone call!! It''s like they are trying to hide from you what is going on with your family member...... and why would that be, if the things they were doing to "care" for my family member were on the up and up, why wouldn''t they want to communicate that information with us....? Again, If you have any other option for your loved one, take my advise and Do NOT send them to this place!!

My mother was admitted in July of 2020 with dementia. She was walking and eating on her own. Within 2-3 weeks she was admitted to the hospital for dehydration and high sodium levels. She never walked again. She was admitted again in December for the same symptoms and passed a week later in hospice. It was hard getting in contact with the nurse and doctor and they never gave me acceptable answers as to why that happened twice. The staff is very unprofessional and show a lack of compassion. My mother deserved better. A horrible experience.
