My husband has been in this facility for almost 8 months. The Nurses, CNA’s, Physical Therapists, etc. have been so kind and wonderful to work with. I took him home today and felt like we were leaving many friends. So grateful for Avalon Bountiful!

The care given here is awful. Don’t take your loved ones here unless you want them to decline and have them pass away. The food is disgusting they serve beans and bland bread. Many residents lose weight and complain that they hate this place. This place needs to be reported to state. If you’re aware of any abuse or neglect happening please report these people, this place deserves to be shut down.

My son-in-law had massive heart attack. When ready, he was Transferred Zambia to only open bed on his insurance. Avalon Care Center is drab, dirty, depressing and quite incompetent. Administration has refused to respond to numerous calls from my daughter. Not one meal has contained anything he is allowed to eat. His 1st meal was hot dog and beans over toast. Today he was transferred back to hospital due to heart pain. Would not recommend to a anyone.

For just over a year I have been working along with Avalon to help them out with staffing needs. Their management is one of the most caring and genuine team in the surrounding area and take concerns very seriously. I would highly recommend Avalon :)
