Nursing, dietition, physical therapy, technicians, social workers, are just some of the people I have encountered in the week I''ve been here. All good. I am pleasantly surprised, since all nursing homes get bad raps. The equipment is often outdated, such as beds and other technology, compared to hospital, but it gets the job done at lower cost and the beds are squeaky but comfy! Check back in another week, but so far so good 👍.

In brief I can say, we were fortunate to see our mom in Baybrooke hands. From the day Bree admitted our mom, Zoey coordinated with insurances, Helen and Ann settled our mom - Nursing Director Tabitha, her team Lorie, Claudia, Dee, Gail, many more nurses, Dietician Vanessa and entire teamwork of Baybrooke gave compassionate care to our mom what she needed the most. The way Baybrooke is organized and maintained, great thanks to management too. Helen, great thanks for your consistent coordination making things easy for us. And Tabitha, I just don''t know how to express our gratitude for helping us at every step and to place us in Best hospice hands 🙏. Best wishes, Manish Bhuta & family.

My dad stayed here for about a month. In that time frame, the receptionist, Meshell Johnson, found out enough about him to take advantage of him. She had access to all his personal information. Not only did she misrepresent herself as a "caretaker" and "nurse", she did some "spot visits" to his house after he was discharged. She knew he was a divorced man with some money. So she took advantage of him, got him to change his will so that he gave everything to her and nothing to his children. This is the typical Anna Nicole Smith situation. By the way, this was her 5th marriage and 3 of her husbands died. If anyone wants to talk to me about this email me at my name at gmail dot com. Since this is the type of person that Baybrooke employed I cannot with good conscious recommend this facility.
