So far, completely impressed with the staff, their genuine concern for the patients and all the activities. I also feel of all most importance is our mom is safe here, we can sleep at night confident that she is safe. The food looks pretty darn good too!
I have lived here for six years. And as a man who needs to have my clothes washed, house cleaned and a good meal. And not worry about anything. I am as happy as a dog with two tails.
Look for other retirement homes. All they want is your money. Glad we chose an other community.

So this is a great place to live ( if you have money, is a for profit group). Terrible place to work it seems. Great amenities like swimming pool, weight room, large dinning area with great food from a 5 star chef, and nice residents for the most part. I''ve seen more people fired here in a year ( good employees) more than any place I''ve ever worked at, and I''m in my 40s and have worked everything. I''ve heard horror stories from the employees, and sounds like everyone is walking on egg shells. And when I put two and two together, you can see it in their faces and movements. I guess some directors are not so great. And I never know who is running the place, because they change people all the time it seems. Not the best look.

My Mom has been at Beacon Hill for 10 years. It''s a wonderful place with some wonderful staff and residents! Lots of great activities are planned!! One big short coming, however, is the lack of assisted living spaces as parents become more infirmed. If assistance is needed in extra areas , the resident may hire someone for help in half hour increments or more, but it is $$. I still greatly appreciate the long time staff members who know residents well that are friendly and caring. Cameras in the hall would give us more peace of mind if there is a fall outside the apt. but as of 2022 , there are still none installed. Id say overall, its been a good place for our parents(now just my Mom).
