We have had the sheer PLEASURE and CONFIDENCE of using this provider for in-home care for my mother in her final weeks of life. Hospice care from the hospital gave a large list of providers, and after calling a bunch Believe definitely stood out from even the initial phone call, then follow-up from the Owner. Their desire to understand ALL the family dynamics and the care required is what is needed for success in these situations, me knowing that from being in the healthcare field for 40+ years already. Their communication was non-stop, easily reachable at anytime. The care plan was discussed thoroughly at the meeting, backup plans were discussed and finalized, scheduling was FLEXIBLE which was of HIGH PRIORITY wince family was also involved providing care. Scheduling was easy and if changes needed to be made Believe was easily reached. The provider which was sent was knowledgeable, caring, helpful, and willing to "Go the extra mile" for my Father who was here 24/7. Being married 62 years he was not leaving my mother's side. Our experience was great with Believe and they made things much easier for the whole situation. Billing was fair and all costs were disclosed up-front as required. No one expects to have this kind of care done for free, and I can honestly say to families looking for this: YOU GET EXACTLY WHAT YOU PAY FOR, so be thorough in your decision. We absolutely thin our choice here for BELIEVE was the BEST for our money spent.

We were caught off guard by my mothers unexpected death and had to scramble to move my father from Fla. To Pa and get him 24 hour care living in my home. He was difficult with Parkinsons and dementia. Believe was able to get 24 hour coverage for my father within a week. Caregivers were on time and caring above and beyond their job description. They were well trained and extremely helpful in all situations. Most of them became like family to us during the time my father lived here. It is not easy to have caregivers in and out of your home 24/7 and they made it tolerable. The Believe admin staff were very caring, personable, attentive and accessible to us. We were lucky to find Believe.

My sister and I employed Believe Home Care to assist our mother who was living at a local senior facility. They provided care for us in the early spring and once again, for six weeks, 24x7 care, until our mother passed away. I would highly recommend Believe to anyone in need if expert, compassionate, and professional care. The owner met with my sister and me in the HOSPITAL during a HOLIDAY weekend to discuss continuing care upon her discharge. Upon returning to the facility, we were met by her caregiver who was extremely professional and well-trained. We employed Believe for two weeks at that time. Subsequent to that, we asked them to return to give 24x7 care until our mother expired. We had approximately six weeks of care with them and we felt our mother was truly well cared for. The caregiver learned her habits, likes and dislikes and we felt extremely confident that she was getting the best. My mother developed a very strong bond with the caregiver and was very content knowing she was in skilled hands. Without reservation, I would highly recommend Believe Home Care.

My father was in failing health and we as a family cared for him as much as we could. It was obvious it wasn't going to be enough. We have a family connection to Scott and decided to give him a call. He was very thorough and courteous explaining all aspects of his services. We signed on with him and a short time later we had Mary staying with dad. To say she was fantastic would be an understatement! Her professionalism, courtesy and attention to detail was amazing. Can't say enough about Scott, Mary & Believe! Highly recommend!

The caregivers we had were all respectful, caring, kind, conscientious people. The downside was their nurse inserted herself in the medical care of our loved one, when their responsibility should have been limited to their personal care, training and management of the caregivers. If the medical information was simply put into the personal care plan, making the caregivers aware and then providing what’s absolutely best for you or your loved one. Unfortunately our family spent unnecessary time and energy correcting the inaccurate medical information provided to the caregivers (that was contrary to our loved one’s medical team assessments and plans). Because we had to take those steps we had to get the medical team involved so they’d correct any inaccurate information that was put in the personal plan of care. And the medical team had to set up a process to stop any wrong information and tell the nurse the medical decisions and treatment plans. How disheartened we were that the company did not trust our family’s advice. If it were not for the nurse this review would be glowing with the rating higher, reflecting our family’s satisfaction with the caregivers. Our recommendation is to use this company, making sure the nurse’s role is clearly defined before the services start, aligning with you or your family’s needs and who is responsible for the medical decisions. Of course should your family want the company’s nurse handling the medical plan care and the personal care plans this company is for you. Best of luck to you (and yours).

They went the extra mile, even placing a rosary in our loved one’s hands and reciting the Lord’s Prayer to her during her final moments. During the initial consultation Scott spent a full two hours explaining options, evaluating our loved one’s needs and answering our questions. Believe’s updates via the care timeline were invaluable. They provided a transparent, real-time communication for the family, caregivers, the RN, the scheduler and the CEO. Coordination with hospice care was seamless and efficient.
