Jessica, the activities director, took the best of care of my wife and involved her and all the activities. I''ve seen most of the nursing homes in the area and this is by far the best. I have tried to take my grandfather to see his cousin and they won’t let you come unless you have an appointment EVEN IF NO ONE ELSE IS COMING TO SEE THEM. Only one person will make the appointments during the week. Today is a Saturday and my grandfather never knows until that day if he is physically able to make the trip. We are beyond outdone at the “not my job” mentality and overall polices that keep families apart.
