I have been visiting Brandon Woods for approximately two and a half years and I cannot say enough nice things about the kindness of all of the staff from the doctors, therapists, nurses, aides, maintenance,kitchen staff , executive management,receptionists etc. Everyone is so dedicated and caring about the well-being of all the residents that it gives me comfort to know that I can leave there knowing that my loved one is in good hands. A special thank you to everyone for the care and kindness shown to the residents and visitors alike. You are all true professionals.💓💕🙏

I have worked for Brandon Woods of Dartmouth for almost 7 years now and the staff has been wonderful. They are very passionate about their jobs and make sure that the residents are #1 priority which is the way it should be.

Some Family members have absolutely no idea how hard we care for they''re loved one''s. But love to bash the facility and the staff. I''VE been working at BWD for 37 years and I have never ever seen anything but love and respect for our residents.. There''s always those difficult Family members that NEVER have nothing nice to say. I just don''t understand if it''s that bad like they say then why in the hell do you still keep them here.. Hmmmmm.

This is the WORST nursing home. My mother who was in the short term rehab due to a stroke was never treated so poorly. My heart breaks for those who do not have loved ones to advocate for them. The nurses were rude and lazy. Her blood pressure was high and she was having chest pains. They completely...

This is the WORST nursing home. My mother who was in the short term rehab due to a stroke was never treated so poorly. My heart breaks for those who do not have loved ones to advocate for them. The nurses were rude and lazy. Her blood pressure was high and she was having chest pains. They completely ignored her complaints and I had to tell them to call 911. She ended up having pneumonia and a UTI and was hospitalized. Another nurse told my mom who is paralyzed due to a stroke, that she should be going to the bathroom on her own and she shouldn’t need help. Another nurse would yell every morning to other staff at 7:00am and wake up the residents. I have never witnessed such a poor staff and worse institution. Do NOT allow your loved one to go here. It will be a big mistake.
