This place is so scary never ever bring your loved ones here, This place is so run down staff doesn't care they leave my 92-year-old grandmother in dirty diapers and let her get a uti and I expressed this to the staff and they look at me like i don't speak English. They have move her to a locked-down unit that i didn't feel safe in myself never mind my sweet 92-year grandmother in. I am very concerned and want to get her moved ASAP!

My Mother was sent to Beverly Hospital from a apparent Fall, Beverly Emergency Room Doctors claim the broken leg had been like that for days maybe even a week, Now if a Family member did something like this in their care the police would file neglecte charges what makes this place a safe place to abuse the elderly with no repercussions. Stephen Doyle should resign, Gail Baratta You should be ashamed of yourself and resign. Pamela Corkum, A career change is in your future also. Your whole staff should be prosecuted...I''ve taken pictures of this post and will go on every social media outlet that exist...Have a absolutely amazing Day

My aunt is a current resident and at first, I was not too sure about having her in a place like this. Over time, our family met more staff and spent more time visiting. You know what to expect when you have a loved one in a nursing home nowadays. But every visit has been phenomenal. sad we do not know names too well but everyone we have met and spoken to has been incredibly helpful and genuinely sweet. The way staff speak to my aunt and engage with her is heartwarming. the receptionist is always so hard working and welcoming, the nursing director, Samira, is such a sweet person and is always happy to help us. There is a young girl with boxes that is always running around and helping someone. She is one of the ones that we see talking with our aunt like they have been best friends for decades. Nursing staff have been incredibly helpful with our questions, especially James and T. I understand that not everyone has the greatest experiences here but I can only speak for our situation. We are so happy that she is in a place with such kind and caring people. We have warmed up to Brentwood and as long as you stay involved in your family members care, I would recommend Brentwood to anyone looking for a place that will treat your family like their own.

No way this is a 5 Star. I would give 0 if I could. There are no phones for the patients to use, they have to go through the Nurses using the phone at the desk. They monitor the phone calls - no privacy. They are nosy and ask a ton of questions. Trying to reach my loved one is insane. They take a message and say they will have your loved one call you back. Never happens. The place is ancient. Wouldn''t recommend this place to my worst enemy. The place is outdated. Nothing is up to par. Meals are served on paper plates with plastic utensils. Frozen orange juice, lousy meals...No updates from anyone since my spouse was admitted. You wait forever for the call button to be answered. Have tried numerous times to reach Dir of Nursing - she''s no longer there. Have tried calling every number I can find - all calls go to voicemail and no one calls back. Terrible place. They have no idea what compassion is. I''ve been hung upon by an NP - who couldn''t answer my questions and was aggravated w/me because I was yelling at her out of frustration. THEY JUST DON''T CARE.
