My dad has been here for 2 weeks and we have had an abysmal at best experience. He is here to receive rehab after a hospital stay. Whenever we attempt to call we are immediately met with a voicemail/ no answer . No matter how many voicemails we leave, we never receive a call back. The communication ...
My dad has been here for 2 weeks and we have had an abysmal at best experience. He is here to receive rehab after a hospital stay. Whenever we attempt to call we are immediately met with a voicemail/ no answer . No matter how many voicemails we leave, we never receive a call back. The communication is horrible and the care is mediocre at best. They offer to assist care, but then never follow up on their promises to assist in coordinating care. My hopes were high but the reality has been extraordinarily disappointing. Overall our experience has been disappointing and i would NOT recommend.
