My husband was getting great care now he’s not. I love Bonnie one of his nurses but not impressed with LPN Kim. Bonnie needed help with my husband and while his family was outside waiting she yelled at the RN. Didn’t care we were there. My main issue is I live in Sweetwater and when I call the front desk and I’m on hold for whomever called me and none ever comes back to the phone! It’s not like I can just drive down there!

This is the cleanest and non ammonia smelling nursing home. The walk-in area is very clean and organized. Staff is caring and absolutely amazingly friendly.
Everyone was very professional, yet courteous.
No matter the day to day hiccups a place may have, my mother is happy and she says "the people are so nice here." That is all I require. If I feel like she may need some extra attention, I will be there to give it to her.
Would like to say thanks to Dionne. He has always been very helpful and interested in the welfare of my neice, Melville Brown. Other staff members that I dont know are friendly. All of my actual interactions have been with Dionne.
