I got the information. I didn't get tons, and I wasn't allowed to go anywhere on my own. I had to wait even if I had an appointment. It was all on one floor so that was nice. The dining area was nice. The chef displays a sample of each meal that is being served. So, that was very nice, too. You got to see it plated. It's just that when you walk in, to me, I didn't feel the warmth when I went in there, and there's nothing I could sit on to wait. When I walked along, the upholstery wasn't very clean.

They were nice. Physically, the structure of the facility was pretty. They have some outdoor spaces and indoor spaces. The outdoor spaces were like an outdoor patio with container landscaping. The dining area was very nice looking. It looked like a high-end hotel and the menu offerings looked good.

Courteous staff. My friend has aggravated a couple of of the staff at first, but then everyone including him calmed down, and things are smooth now. They actually like him. He can be a little gruff, but he really likes it there now.

The room was too small for my neighbors because they wanted more space. But if somebody was just looking for a room, it would be fine. My neighbors wanted a couple of rooms and a living room. The staff who helped with the tour were very friendly.
