Takes full advantage of "At-Will Employment" and I have known two employees who are friends of mine that have been fired after being given no reason.
My father has been in for post surgical rehab, and the staff has been really great with him. A couple evening staff to mention are nurse Aime and aide Daydra. Thank you for all you have done for him!
Just started working here on evenings part time, and everyone has been very welcoming. So far so good, I am only part time because it''s over an hour ride, but it''s worth it. Thank you, BOM.

People leaving reviews are extremely sensitive (fairly) because it’s their family member who is staying at BoM. However, it is not fair to allow one bad experience to define your entire opinion. Nearly all residents in the skilled nursing facility require round the clock care and some cannot be left alone for more than a few minutes at a time, lest they hurt themselves or someone else. It is physically impossible to be with each resident at all times, and often anything can and does happen that requires immediate staff attention, especially since there are some demented residents on every unit in the building. Please be patient with staff who are doing their best despite often not having enough people who want to perform this type of care for you grandparents, and think about the reasons that your grandparent is in the facility in the first place instead of being cared for by you, at home. Then, go ahead and write your nasty review once you’ve thought about that.

BLACK nurses & CNA’s-people of color-do not work here! & If you do decide to work here because you have friend(s) that work here (or whatever your reason is, that’s your business), make sure u request to work on their unit specifically. Some of the staff will be out to get you for absolutely no reason-the color of your skin might be a main contributing factor, but of course no one ever admits to being racist. Supervision & administration are very out of touch with reality, they don’t see the disgusting behavior of their current staff members, but will observe the new hires like a hawk. The facility is clean and very organized, but the drive is far. This was a deterrent for me, but I still accepted the job because they seemed desperate for nurses and the pay wasn’t bad. The final straw for me was the Director of Nursing, Sherri, talking to me like a child over a situation that was honestly out of my control because her staff (the Caucasian nurses) pretty much set me up for failure. Overall, as a black male nurse, there were multiple instances where I felt like the staff, along with supervision and management went out of their way to make me feel as uncomfortable as possible.
