When asked why she didn’t call the family she said she was getting to it. My aunt had stopped eating Saturday and they called no one to notify of her decline. And the social worker Yeseñia should not be allowed to be. Social worker. They let my aunt suffer in pain when she was supposed to be on hospice already but instead they let her suffer all weekend and didn’t notify anyone that she had stopped eating drinking but still somehow they felt they did nothing wrong. Worst place ever. Please don’t send your family here.

It is unbelievable that this place is still running after everything my family & I experienced while having a loved one in their care. Our first mistake was trusting these uneducated individuals to care for our loved one. Our aunt was placed in their care & would see that different family members would go in & out to visit her during her stay but yet these people didn''t think about giving any of us a call when her health started declining. Their response was simply "We were getting to it" days after my aunt had been stuck in bed in pain & these people didn''t bother to contact us. These people should really be trained on showing empathy instead of threatening to have us removed from the facility when one of our family members speaks up about our concerns. These people are sick, abusive & can careless about any patient there. Save your loved one by taking them anywhere but here.

My family and I experienced the worst health care service possible at this facility. If there was a way to give them zero stars we would have. Our family member was admitted and resided there for a period of about 3 months.towards the end of her stay she experienced overall general health decline to a point to which hospice was her only option. The nursing staff including administrator and social worker were unprofessional and showed no compassion towards the needs of our loved one. Social worker was informed of patients and families request for hospice services and she failed to follow through with request. Nursing staff failed to report to family and to physician any changes in her condition. She began to become unresponsive and began to not eat or drink at all. Both nursing staff nor the social worker thought these changes were reason enough to inform family or physician. Our loved one laid in bed for two days in distress and in pain. As for administrator he showed no knowledge of our loved ones condition nor of issues that had been reported three days before. There action were reactive instead of proactive they only got involved and moved on our issues once family alleged neglect and abuse at there hands. I urge the community to think twice before deciding to admit your loved one into this facility.

If you care about your loved ones plz do not bring them here, this establishment is the stain of the city…most rude, unprofessional, disgusting acting staff there is…their work ethic is unbelievably lazy and unethical…no care for the patients or the family…they walk around with a whatever attitude and will neglect your loved one like mine was…she was abused and mistreated…It is amazing how this place is still open…trust none of those lazy and uneducated personal…this is the worst nursing home ever existed…they should be ashamed of themselves there.
