The nurses are very rude to the patients telling me personally that I am having a change in mental status because she refused to give two of us our meds at 5&9p and again refused at midnight. I only asked for my baclofen and Tylenol. I''m supposed to get baclofen 3x/day and I only got my morning one she refused to give me anything else. She just said she was going to send me to the hospital because I was crazy and causing trouble and they say it to many of the people. I have never witnessed such idiocies or ignorance among people who were working there the whole night shift sleeping on every floor or bed or anywhere else they could find but I would like you to know how awesome Jamie was she went out of her way to help anyone that asked hopefully I will never have to be there again including the why do you think that they can as the staff uses endangering many people so hard or should I say hardly working

The place was renovated very recently. It looks and feels like home, employees are very friendly and responsive. The owners are always there to make sure everything is running smoothly. The Administrator and new Director of nursing are doing an amazing job and always available if you have any concerns. I couldn''t find a single thing there that would make my loved ones feel uncomfortable there. This place definitely deserves five stars.
