Been here less than a day first their biggest concern was my weight they have taken more than an hour several times after pressing the call light so either staff is goofing off which I have not seen but I am more inclined to believe that they are massively overpaying management because they cannot hire enough staff to take care of the patients and they don''t listen to us at all

Between mom and grandma, we have experienced at least 5 convalescent homes. Many are not adequate but this one is by far the worse in care and service. Nurses there are callous and not careful with people who suffer from broken bones. Their visitong policy is all over the place. They do a poor job communicating their policies and then fail to follow through. It''s as if the team enjoys declining requests for visits and giving half information. We drive from far to see mom but there''s zero compassion or customer service. It''s as if they enjoy turning you away despite the circumstances. Worst of all, they do not cover each other''s shifts. They can have a patient wait for over 40+ minutes to get bathroom assistance simply because their nurse is on break! There seems to be enough staff to cover but no one employs compassion or critical thinking. Please do not allow your loved one to stay here for even a day.

Pretty bad place. They know their own little codes to avoid upper management. Some nurses here shouldn’t even be nurses at all also when it comes to their employees they DO NOT care if they get exposed to viral diseases. Outbreaks are handled like a joke. When covid broke out all they had close out the covid unit was plastic bags and tape. Also they have their own little code word to avoid upper DPH management. They state “poquito” out in the speakers when they come to investigate how patients are treated. Nurses avoid call light and supervisor tell patient to “go to sleep” when they are crying out for help because their body hurts from laying down. Please take your family members elsewhere. If Tiana is still here(she is the owner) lady should find a different job title since she lacks empathy and experience in this job line. Her nurse “supervisor” sucks as well they hire people for “CPR” certifications and they don’t teach you anything besides show you a video. CPR classes DO NOT take less than 1hr.

This has a high correlation with the resident and family satisfaction. The staff persevered through the Covid- 19 pandemic and continue providing caring support to families and residents.
