Would rate 0 Stars if at all possible. The place looks clean (Is the only good thing I can say about this facility.) The staff are very rude and not trained. My recent visit to see my father last week, his room was sweltering hot, I had to open the windows myself as to get some sort of relief, and my poor father can not walk or talk well after his stroke so he could not open the window himself or tell someone to open it and was just laying in a puddle of his own sweat. His hair was matted and greasy like it hadn''t been washed in a month. His legs and hips were hanging half way off the bed, I had to put him back in the bed myself, which the staff should have seen and fixed themselves as they say they "Check on the Patients twice and hour" obviously a lie. They say that they preform PT and ST (Physical Therapy and Speech Therapy) Twice a week, but in the 4 months that my father has been in they''re care they have not done either of them. He has shown no improvement in the least (Which could happen, every case is different I''m not just going off that factor) I had other patients keep an eye on him including his roommate in the next bed whom I speak to weekly and was told by him that they have never done the said required therapy sessions even once. Thankfully I have since transferred my father out of there after hearing that terrible news. I think this "Care Facility" I use that term loosely, must pay Hospitals to ship them patients. No one in their right mind would intentionally send their loved ones to this Hell Pit, we are even from another County and this place some how Shanghai''d my father''s hospital to send him there. The area around the facility is very sketchy, I try to leave way before sundown as not to get robbed by all the junkies around this graffiti addled slum of a location they chose. If the staff are rude to us visitors I could only imagine how they treat our beloved family members who cannot protect themselves. If nothing else if you read this post because they are trying to send your family member there and you are doing your due diligence and researching the place, PLEASE for the love of god try somewhere else! The ZOO would be a more nurturing and helpful place for them to go than this Money Pit that will store your family member away and just collect funds for having one more body to add to their capacity while only doing the bare minimum of care as to not lose the patient. If any Government Agency should happen to see this Post Please Send Someone to Check on This "Care Facility!" I would call myself if I knew which Agency to contact. I would not send my worst enemy here for it would be too cruel and unusual of a punishment. I never write reviews, but felt it my Civic Duty to Warn others to possibly avoid the same hardships that befell my Father from his stint at this location. Close This Place Down A.S.A.P!

Read moreDo not bring a loved one here. They''re very unprofessional. It''s like this,do you think a janitor is a nurse? That is the mentality here. California health department or whomever has the authority should shut this waste of tax-payer money down. Go elsewhere, people.
My brother was here for a short time. He was glad to have such great care.
Thank you for the great service and care!
The staff is very helpful and caring. They were able to accommodate to my father''s needs without hesitation.
