I have not had any problems with them at all. I like when they come and do some laundry. It's just so hard to say, they are like a family because when I call, I get a pleasant response.
They help me organize my clothes. They sweep and do some light cleaning. They're nice and caring and the office staff is wonderful.
I think just being really nice and willing to do whatever. They have always been able to get someone when I've needed them.
The services have a very positive impact and help my mother immensely. Care Advantage has respectful and kind caregivers who provide excellent care. I trust them to care for my mother.
They need to read the care plan. They need employees who want to work and care about their jobs.
It is very helpful, I only have it once a week for 4 hours and I could use more, and we get along pretty good, and I appreciate what they do. They only come once a week, but most of the people have been pleasant and friendly and everybody has been helpful and good to get along with.
