It took some pressure off of me as the primary caretaker. I liked that the services were complete and professional.
They prepare his meals, wash him up, and do the things that he needs. They could make sure we have consistent help.
They were always on time. I like that they can always get somebody.
They were very good. They escorted her from room to room in the hospital until they left. My Dad had them escort them to his eye appointment one time, and he said they were wonderful.
He gets up and goes to the bathroom himself. Some of the workers don't understand when I say that he needs to have help when going to the bathroom. I've had two bad experiences with workers that I do not want back again. Other than that, they are good.
They have helped my mother-in-law with daily tasks. She couldn't feed herself, bath or comprehend what to do next if there wasn't someone there with her, and it allows us to still work. The communication between the agency and the representative for my loved one needs to be improved.
