They failed to care for my brothers surgical wound and it became infected. He was returned back to the hospital after a doctor checked his wound and the facility didn’t even know he was gone.
The staff were pleasant and helpful.
Name should be changed to "No Care".
Phil was great tonight like always with my Mom. I always have good conversations too.

My boyfriend''s mom have been there for 1 month and this place is terrible! The wait time from a click of a button was over several hours. No exaggeration! The food here is terrible! This place does not document what type of medicine they have given to the patient nor what time it was given. They have no sense of COMMUNICATION! His mom had knee surgery and no staff gave him any updates or future plans. This place barely have ac in the rooms! They needed to do a xray on her leg therefore they need her to be naked. They had 1 female (who was doing the xray) and 1 male nurse. His mom asked for a female nurse to help change her and he gave her attitude. He went to the front desk and told them and the chubby lady was like" well there ain''t going to be no female nurse/cna for the rest of the night so she better deal with it. " "she''s gonna have to wait for it then." So uncalled for. He talked to someone who only works there once a week and stated that this place is trash and for him to send her somewhere else. The only nice person there was the Hispanic cna/nurse. Today is the day she fell as the PT was helping her therefore she went to the ER and we are hoping to not go back there. This place should be closed down. Or pay your workers more. I advised you to send your love one somewhere else.

My disabled sister has been at Care One for a few months now. I was so scared when she first arrived because she is a vulnerable person, and I knew nothing about Care One. I have been so impressed! Even through Covid and all the scarcity that has come with it, they have been so kind and compassionate with my sister. Tammy has been such a force for good in her life, as well as so many others who work there. I can not express enough gratitude for the wonderful staff at Care One who take the job of caretaking and turn into into a calling of kindness.
