The front desk is unattended. Anyone can walk in and wander around freely. Next, let''s talk about the "teeny bopper air head" who runs the place, Kaylee. Apparently they couldn''t find a qualified adult to run the place so they settled for her. She puts on her phony smile and talks nice to your face, then goes off and shows her true colors. When exiting the facility, I heard her and another employee mocking and making jokes about a patients family and their loved one. She is 100% classless. It''s pretty obvious all she cares about is taking money. Still not convinced? Read the reviews. Looks like they bribe all the employees to write 5 star reviews to get their ratings up. Ignore the employee reviews and read the reviews from family/patients who have actually had to deal with these clowns and you''ll see the true story about what''s going on at O''Neill. Its too bad that i can''t give O''Neill 0 stars. Shame on these people.

I must say I have been to many faculties as I did 30 years of Senior Health care. I have see some of them worst and what was some of the best. U ntil I was blessed being sent to O''Neil''s. The staff there are wonderful. From the top to the bottom. The nurses all of them are top notch. Very caring ...

My father was placed here a month ago after a bad motor vehicle accident. The ONLY positive parts of his stay were physical therapy and the nurse practitioner, Summer. The physical therapists were great! The management was terrible.. my dad is 6’5” and 300 lbs.. he was in a bed too small for him the entire time he was there.. every day we were told the bed was coming, it never came. A dirty commode with someone else’s feces sat in the room with him for days before they changed it out. We had to ask multiple times for someone to clean and disinfect his room. He has a lactaid restriction that dietary staff paid no attention too.. the food menu was very repetitive and unflavored. Multiple times he was left on the bed pan for more than 45 minutes. Discharge planning was very unorganized and not one person on management staff takes accountability for any mistakes made. Very displeased with this facility. Wouldn’t send my dog there for treatment.
