My siblings and I sent our loved one to the facility for recovery after a fall. The Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy were consistent. The goals gave her the strength she required to be released back to her normal activities. The staff all showed her loving, respectful and honorable care. She was spoken to and cared for with the courtesy and dignity expected for an elder. The meals were desirable. Communication was top notch and we were updated on her progress timely. Activities kept her engaged and games were entertaining. Improvements for detailed cleaning such as cleansing meal trays, floors are sticky at times and equipment appears scrubbing would bring the patient more decency. All in all the experience confirmed our loved one was safe and cared for with affection. If needed in the future, we will not hesitate to return.

Staff is rude. Ignored my dad when he asked for help, then stood in the hallway complaining about him. Was supposed to be on a low sodium diet but they kept trying to feed him salty foods. He was supposed to be on an IV for his swelling and instead of getting discharged home, he is getting discharged back to the hospital. They leave their patients without bathing and their excuse is they’re under staffed. My mom has made numerous complaints about how rude staff is to her and my father and nothing has been done. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE! This place should be shutdown to be honest. Now I have to worry if my dad who is only 58 years young is gonna make it because this place can’t even give proper care.
