This place loos more like a concentration camp then a recovery center, super crowded, so crowded that staff had to have desks on hallways, patients on hallways too, broken cabinets, super hot and visitations so limited making it so dificult for loved ones to come visit, most of the staff was super nice to their limitations but one of the nurses, Gabby, makes it obvious that no visitors is better for them, why? Because that way the can treat or misstreat pacients as they please without any family member supervision, we moved our sibling from there and within a few days the improvements was incredible, please, if you have a choice, don''t ever choose this hail hole, your loved one will never recover here.

I wouldn''t recommend this place for ANYONE! My dad was there for only 5 days. I could never get through on the phone, long wait times, and their updates were a joke! They will tell you they are fine when they Are NOT! I demanded a doctor update and the same day I did, he was transferred to the hospital with blood clots in his lungs, and extremely low blood pressure. The staff is VERY unprofessional. I went to pick up his belongings and they gave me the wrong clothing back! And brand new clothes I bought, were missing. horrible experience! THIS FACILITY SHOULD BE REPORTED TO THE BBB!

If I couldn’t give this - 10 starts I would I didn’t even work there and the process to even get some one on the phone is a mess everything is so messy and not well handled I had an interview with Manuel he is in charge of the housekeeping department I didn’t even get hired this was just a walking and phone call and the way the staff work there and handle a situation tells a lot about a place like this I am super experienced for most positions in this facility I graduated from a health and science academy high school that focuses on the medical field I have certificates and awards I have had jobs internships (no pay ) and I gained enough experience to know what it’s like working in places like these with that being said plz avoid this place specific take your loved ones some where else I just stepped in the building for a couple of seconds and the place is a mess they have people working there that don’t have experience don’t bring your loved ones here to get treated by people with no experience nor respect they hire people who never even seen a center in there life and wonder why the place is a mess and there staff don’t commit I’m kinda glad I didn’t get hired now cuz they way the people treat you there after I made my research isn’t worth what you are going to get payed the people working in the front desk (Cristina ) is super disrespectfull, rude, impatient , all of that in one phone call they have no manners at all out of all the places I worked and volunteer at centers like this not one has been so disappointing I doubt you would want to put your loved ones in a home where they won’t give you the treatment you want provided to them save your time ! They really need to teach the staff how do do their job

I wish there was a -5 star. My father-in-law was sent here after a couple days stay in the hospital. He was recovering from a fall (no broken bones). He was walking (somewhat unstable) when he went in. He was supposed to get therapy to build him back up to go home. In his opinion the therapy was practically none existent and the doctor kept extending his stay. He ended up there for 5 weeks. He contracted pneumonia probably from lack of movement and therapy then caught COVID in THEIR care and died. So in my opinion, if you want to kill someone send them here. If your loved one is forced to go here please send in a cell phone with the prisoner, I mean patient, because they ripped out all the phones (not sure when but they use to have them). We got him a phone but he couldn''t always seem to answer it. When I called on the main line, they have one cell phone they passed around to all the patients and on average it took 2 to 3 hours to talk to him. The front desk was nice and tried to be helpful, but that is the only positive thing I can say.
