Everything so far is going quite smoothly, they did not push me to make any decision they waited until I was comfortable. I have one of the newer one bedroom updated apartment which is so nice. They also have really nice two bedroom apartments. The maintenance team is always on top of keeping requests done, the landscape workers are great at their job, and the cooks in the kitchen do the best they can to please all of us living here. They also have a ton of different activities going on and I encourage families who are looking for a place for themselves or their loved ones to come check out Morada Victoria East.

Have lots of money before you get here. But that being said, there's not much to not like. When they feed you two meals a day, clean your house once a week, take care of the yard once a week and the flower beds whenever it's needed, and the people are friendly. It's everything that one needs. We left a house that we could no longer take care of. And there's not much storage here, so you do have to really downsize. We have friends out here, and we've made a lot of friends since we've been here. Nobody here is unfriendly. The one drawback is they're having a hard time keeping staff. I'm not sure of the reason. The pandemic could be a factor. But the staff that is working here seems to be friendly and satisfied. They just can't keep housekeepers or kitchen staff.

I chose Copperfield Village because it is an individual house opposed to those that are all connected. It is a 1 bedroom, living room, dining room, patio and small kitchen with all appliances. They have others sizes as well. The only meal I have to provide is breakfast. We have lunch and dinner served and we can either eat in the dining room or have it delivered. They just got a new chef and the food has been good. He also looks for input and takes suggestions from residents which is nice. Every time someone moves out they redo the houses. Before I moved in mine was totally repainted, put new tile in the shower, and asked me what kind of flooring I wanted. They are very accommodating. I would recommend to others.
