Can I give negative stars?!?!? This was a terrible experience and we only stayed 4 hours because we, luckily, realized very quickly this place was NOT for us!!!! We asked for a schedule of times we could expect PT/OT/ST and we were given a menu of meals for the week!!!!!! WTH?!?!?
Our second experience at The Springs and again it did not disappoint. We went in on my husbands birthday, not to fun but Heather Robin and Ryan made it much better. We had some his favorite cake and a soda. Thank you again for such a good experience

I have been very impressed with The Springs both in early 2020 and now in the fall of 2021. My loved one has a tendency to be very particular and a bit difficult, but the staff from Heather on down has been nothing but kind, accommodating when possible, helpful, and the communication has been fabulous. Zack in PT is the best in the business that I know of, Kay is an incredible social worker, the front office ladies are amazing, and the nurses, medication aides, and CNAs are compassionate, highly skilled, and altogether angels among us. Thank you, The Springs, for everything you’ve done that has been above and beyond all expectations.

It also isn''t worth the liability, stress or physical strain on your body!!! There is no possible way for ONE CNA to "properly" care for residents and chart at such a high volume.. The residents pay for and deserve exceptional care.. A fair staff to patient ratio needs to be created/mocked and upheld. Ridiculous!!!!

My mother is enduring her 3rd stay with this facility, all 3 times my experience with Heather gets better and better. She is so available for me and works around my work schedule. My mother loves her eye lashes and her smile. The first time I had to place my mom, was so scary for my family and I. Heather was there for us with reassuring words and a team at The Springs to back everything she had told us. The nursing and therapy staff have been wonderful. A nurse greeted my mom when she arrived he was gentle and such a nice young man, helping her get settled in. The communication from the staff has been top notch. I would recommend this place.
