Terrible business office and administrators. Uncommunicative and dishonest. They made a mistake with health insurance and never got a preauthorization and refused to address it, so my father did not get the coverage he was entitled to. The head administrator promised to hold a meeting with me, the health insurance rep, and the QIO to figure it out but he ignored my pleas because they were content to drain my father''s bank account and cover their fees as part of the Medicaid process. DO NOT LET THEM BE YOUR MEDICAID REPRESENTATIVES. HIRE A LAWYER INSTEAD and protect yourself. Good nursing/social work staff.

It’s very clean and my father couldn’t get out of bed and the rehab team got him walking again. I would recommend them to my friends and family who are in need of rehab
My family was very happy with the care and rehab. The they never had issues with the food. The landscape is very relaxing and we enjoyed the outdoor area when we would visit!

My mother, Ida, spent 2 and half weeks at Country Arch after hip surgery. She said that it was a positive experience on the whole. Firstly, the Administrative staff: Admissions, Social Work, was professional and courteous. They communicated well and helped to clarify mv questions. Secondly, the Rehab staff: Physical and Occupational staff were excellent in teaching my mom to walk again and to manage a new life with an artificial hip. I thank all the Staff at the Rehab Dept. The Director of Rehab helped me with purchasing the equipment. The Nursing staff was very helpful and nice on the whole. However, Mom complained about one nurse who seemed mean and abrupt to her. Mom said the food was alright; and she added the cook knew how to season. We went away satisfied.
