I have worked with the Countryside team since 2004. Coworkers and residents feel like family. The setting is a beautiful, peaceful "countryside" with a pond out front. The facility will be celebrating our 25th anniversary soon and it is still a beautiful facility. We have a great therapy team who work hard at helping resident''s reach their goals to go home if they are able or to be their best if that is not feasible.

Countryside is a small nursing home with caring and professional staff in a beautiful country setting. Nursing and therapy work together to achieve great outcomes for the residents. Excellent food and the facility is always clean and odor free.
