Horrible place. My friends brother is there and is being mistreated horribly. They lose his clothes every time he gets new ones. They dropped him and said he threw himself out of his chair. Horrible horrible place.
This place doesn’t deserve the any stars….it’s the worst place..my brother was drop my a worker and they lied and said he thrown his self out from his chair…please if your family is there move them please….the only reason they have 4 stars is from the workers rating them

Countryside is home to some of my favorite people, and I have grown so close to my residents and co- workers. A place of work doesn''t feel like a job when you love what you do! Countryside has watched me grow as CNA into an LPN they supported me the whole way!! Thank you for everything and all yall...
