I don''t know if this place should even get one star . Because of the way that they treated my mother in law who had open heart surgery and had to spend sometime there . She called my sister in law while crying in pain that she needed to get to the er because she could barely breathe and she was in pain that she needed to get to the er. So my sister in law called my husband because of there mother crying because she couldn''t breathe. We went to get her last night to take her to Quincy where her doctors are to the er because she could barely breathe . When we got her to the er we found out that they was not giving her the medicine that she needed to be able to get back into her own home she was so swollen from them not giving it to her that the er said if we would not of took her she could of passed away from being so swollen. That is not the only thing that they done wrong whenever we needed to take her to the doctor she would have a heard time trying to lift her legs that she kept asking the nurses for there help of getting into the car they would not do it . This place is not good for old people to have to go to. They refuse to help them .

Staff is extremely helpful and professional. I was very stressed about the situation with my mother but they handled everything from start to finish
