After visiting and comparing many retirement communities, our mother moved into Cypress Glen in January during COVID. Our CG representative Jeny Martin has been a terrific resource for us as we navigated apartment options, payments, move-in, decor, and—of course—the pandemic. What a wonderful experience we and Mom have had! Despite restrictions, people found ways to let her know they were glad she was there and would help her in any way they could. Such kindness has gone a long way in transitioning to a new place. The amenities there, the decor, communication, food, attention to detail and to each other is as fine as we could ask. We heartily thank the residents and workers at CG for making our Mother feel at home.

Checked my mom in about 3 weeks ago, who was unsure of whether or not she should go. Her biggest concern was the size of her apartment, but has expressed multiple times now that it is "plenty of space." She is beyond thrilled that she chose to join the CG community and wishes she would have made the decision sooner. Jeny with CG was extremely patient and helpful during the entire process and we really appreciated the time, effort and energy she gave to our mom. We all live in town and have visited multiple times and are very happy with all of our interactions with the rest of the CG team as well.
