The Diamond Willow model of running what they advertise as a “premier” memory care facility with minimally trained staff results in inconsistent levels of care, resident neglect and poor communication in trying to get issues addressed and resolved. Some of the staff are very rude to the residents in the way they speak to them or worse, ignore them. It’s just sad and depressing. The standard here is pretty low.

The Mt Iron Diamond Willow should employ a full-time RN and more LPNs to support the care standard they advertise and advocate on their web site. The quality of care does not match the cost of monthly fees charged for services.
