Call lights are not responded to, rehab means throwing someone in bed, putting a diaper on them and administering the least amount of care they can. When you push back or question them the response time just gets longer. Dad was stuck here due to meds but I would never bring someone here if you can avoid it. Train your staff on the appropriate care for patients then hold your staff accountable! They talk a good game but do not support the talk. -10stars.

had a not so memorable experience during my, last two weeks. First of staying in Aurora summit for almost two in half weeks and transferred to Watertown bedrock for Rehab the worst experience I have ever had in getting treated and recovering. They forgot to get medication transferred from Aurora to their facility. I had to share a room with somebody else. They came in all night just to talk with my roommate no sleep. The furnace was making noise all night. For breakfast they gave me one piece of toast and a little bit of powdered eggs. Awful!!! I had a meeting with the head social worker and PT person and head nurse. I was then put into a private room. It got a little better, but rehab was usually about 10 minutes if that. Still breakfast was the same even after I requested from the dietitian for different breakfast
