You know residents are not getting the proper care . Nurses hiding in med room eating pizza while the nurse aides struggle with 30 min lunch and timed . But nurses can take longer breaks and be on phones .. I would not recommend this place to work

Eagle Pass Nursing & Rehab has exceptional staff that go above and beyond for the residents they care for. The CNA''s and nurses are always looking to provide the best quality of care. All the staff is very responsive, attentive and kindhearted. The customer service in this facility is top-notch! As you walk in, the facility is clean and the environment is welcoming, you can''t help but notice the residents are smiling and comfortable. The meals served are delicious and well-prepared. Activities are offered daily and they are very entertaining. Overall this is a wonderful facility with amazing staff!

If you are searching for the BEST care for your loved one, this is the place to go!! The facility is older than the other ones in town, but the staff is incomparable. Caring, dedicated and compassionate staff provided the finest care for my loved one during her stay. Initially, we were only looking for a few months while our home was remodeled to accommodate her needs and when we were ready to bring her home she refused to leave! For 11 years, they cared for her as if she were family, providing outstanding care and giving us wonderful memories with her. She always said those were some of the best years of her life. During her stay she always felt loved and at home. There are no words to describe how grateful me and my family are for the staff at Eagle Pass Nursing & Rehab. They definitely go above and beyond to please their residents. In fact, I can honestly say they spoil them! 🤣 I was surprised to sometimes find they randomly decorated her room to cheer her up, or they went to Mc Donalds to get her a meal she was craving among other things. I witnessed some of the staff going to the facility during their days off just to volunteer in activities or visit some of the residents who didn’t have anyone to visit them. It is clear they genuinely care for them. During this pandemic the staff has outdone themselves. They continued to provide outstanding care while risking their own health and their families’ to be there for the residents. Unfortunately, my loved one has recently passed, but I am certain she received the best care and attention during her last days. She always said how happy she was and how much she loved the nurses and the CNAs, department heads, housekeepers and dietary staff and how they were all her extended family. On behalf of myself and my family THANK YOU to all of the staff at Eagle Pass Nursing & Rehab for everything that you do for the residents. You truly are HEROES!!!!! ❤️

My loved one was a resident here for a few months and received great nursing care and rehab services. Overall E.P.N.R is a great place to work at and the best place to come bring a loved one who needs 24 hour care.
