My brother entered the facility in extremely bad shape, not only physically but emotionally. He has been sick since the holidays from COVID, the flu and cavitary pneumonia. He was extremely deconditioned and not thriving as a result of being hospitalized for months. The staff at East Neck have been truly exceptional at so many levels! Upon entering the facility, you will be greeted with warmth and friendliness, the CNA’s are also friendly, spiritual, and very supportive. The Nursing Staff , Social Workers, Physical Therapists and Nurse Practitioner have been receptive to our concerns and proactive in their responses. The staff in the kitchen have also been accommodating and the facility is very clean. The facility is also being beautifully renovated. My family and I are very grateful for the care my brother has been receiving. As his caregiver, I have peace of mind knowing he is well cared for and treated with respect and dignity. We are forever grateful ⚓️.

I was there to visit a friend. The facility was clean and the staff from the reception to the nurses were very pleasant and friendly.

The Rehab center appeared clean and the entrance was inviting!
