The moment me and my family entered the building with my mom we felt loved and cared for. It was extremely difficult for me to leave my mom, with people I really didn’t know. I was concerned with so many things running through my mind, questions if they would love her the way we love her. My mind and uncomfortableness was put to ease immediately. Mary met us up front and took us to my mom’s room, ensuring me the whole way of how she’d be taken care of. The CNAs, and staff go out of their way to help, say hello, give hugs, and encourage. Mom is doing great and I’m relieved we made a good choice..
