My dad was in during COVID and was forced to go there due to dialysis location. They failed to chart for 4 days and failed to ensure that he was given dialysis, and did not pursue any additional dialysis treatment until forced to, after 10 days of no dialysis. My father died in their care without having seen his family after 14 days. I cannot rate on any of the community because I was never allowed in the building beyond the front door.

Keep your family OUT of this establishment. They overdosed my mother. The doctor is a quack! The nurses are quacks. My mother went in to heal a broken leg and they pumped her full of meds she didn’t need. We had to FORCE them to release her to us and we rushed her to the ER. She had the be put on a ventilator to save her life. She was within a couple hours from death because of their wicked ways. When we learned the quack doctor from Edgewood also worked at the hospital in Sunnyvale, my sister and I absolutely FORBID that “doctor” from to even step NEAR my mother at the hospital. This place is the nightmare you’ve seen in movies. Do NOT allow anyone you love to be placed here!

My Aunt was transported to this "facility" a few days ago and we were quick to get her out of there...1 day was all it took for us to see this was not the place for her. They have a cut off time for visitation, 7PM, and refuse to make any exceptions to this rule. My Aunt is currently on her death bed and they wouldn''t even let my Uncle stay with her overnight. You can tell they don''t have enough employees on staff and who they do have are poorly trained individuals with no empathy or compassion.

My mother in law is 87 years old has Dementia and got sick was in here for almost a month and we never had any issues. With the dementia she is not always the friendliest person to be around but the staff at Edgewood was extremely patient and caring with her. Even with her yelling and violent behavior at all times of day and night. She was always clean and changed in a timely manner. She has since been discharged and is back home with us and the staff is still willing to help and answer any questions that we have and help get us the resources that we need to get her the best help she needs. We are extremely grateful for them and we will recommend them to anyone.

If anyone is looking for a job do not go to Edgewood (Warning). I feel bad for the residents.
