My mother is there currently and took them 5 days to give her a bath and had to get the state involved for issues she was having with them. They seem caring but honestly I would have preferred her to be at a local place insted.

Accommodating to the needs of my father who is autistic and OCD. They were scheduled and very consistent. He had his snack and freedoms. This was the perfect stepping stone for rehab between the hospital and going home. Get his strength back. Friendly and Welcoming. Not every facility is for everyone but this was a good match for him. He was allowed to smoke breaks outside and all the freedoms he was not able to have at the hospital.
