Dad loved the peaceful country setting of the facility itself. And the personal and compassionate care he received while he was there was incomparable. I''m glad we chose Envoy for my Dad.

I went to drop clothes and belongings off to a family member/patient that was admitted there from UVA hospital via ambulance, was given a ''paper'' mask upon entering, had covid a few days later. They still don''t understand paper and cloth masks DON''T WORK. The only effective mask is an N-95 mask from 3M! I am now struggling to run my business while in quarantine but provided N-95 masks for my workers that are still coming to work at my shop. How can a facility like this ignore basic science and not have N-95 masks available?

My brother was a big challenge. Great care from the front desk, MA''s, RN''s, MD''s and all the housekeeping staff. Upper management and staff did their best with him, I understand the challenges with my brother and I commend them on a job well done. They updated CV19 status, and any new problems with my brother. The nurses stations allowed him to make many calls. There are many ,many friendly residents. Residents looked out for my brother and so did all of the staff. Like I said, he was a handful. The Nurses here know how to handle the many challenges of dementia. Eventually, he was transferred to a place that could handle him. Anyone could complain about this and that but overall, this place did a wonderful job. Thank you to the lead MD (she is an excellent physician, she caught his skin cancer, had his hearing checked, depression addressed). Thank you to Mrs. Robinson. Kelly. Heather, Michelle, Llewellyn, Victoria, Helena, Stacy (maybe Tracy?), Carrie and Mr. Terrell. Thank you.

I have been an employee for 26 years altogether and have been through alot of changes over the years. I can say I''m proud to work with the team we have from Frontline to Administration. Just like all facilities we have some issues but the difference with The Meadows we strive to improve any issues that arise as soon as possible. I take pride in knowing that the staff really love the residents and care for them as they are their own family. We have a hard working team that work together to ensure our residents are taken care of and know they are loved. Just walking In our facility you can sense the great atmosphere. A great family oriented atmosphere.
Read moreI''m a employee at Envoy at the Meadows and I love it. I''ve been a CNA for 20 years and I''ve never worked somewhere that had such a amazing administration. They listen to my concerns and always follow up with me. I work with a great bunch of CNAs who go above and beyond to do their jobs.
