My mother has been getting physical therapy here and she and our family are so impressed with how efficient, friendly, and proactive the staff is. The nurses, CNAs, GNAs, front desk staff, dietary personnel, physical/occupational therapy staff, and maintenance personnel have all been extraordinary. We highly recommend this facility!

I love the care my father has been getting, but hugely disappointed that they have not been able to dine in dining room for months now. Anytime I inquire I get the standard answer of “I don’t know why” or “shortage of staff”. This is a highly important social aspect of AL, instead of being fed in their rooms like a hospital. If it is a shortage of staff, please increase the wages to make these jobs more appealing. I have worked in 3 AL and Senior living communities, and our dining rooms were always a great social experience for our residents. The only time they were closed was understandable during Covid or severe illness outbreaks. Also, called today and the new receptionist had no idea who the manager on duty was. She actually asked me if there was a place she could find this information. Daily it should be made known to staff and visitors who is on duty, both MOD nurse on duty. These are SOP’s and all new staff should know this. Again, the care is great but please address these areas ! Thank you!
