I have to call the general patient phone to speak to my elderly parent. It took 3 days till I could connect with my parent. To me this is a violation of Human Rights. Which the vulnerable are to have access to a phone. How can my loved one communicate with me? The phone is at the nurses station. So how the patients of Fisher having this Human Right supported? Guess I''ll be contacting the Elderly Abuse Hot Line. Ask them to investigate why patients can''t have a phone in their rooms. Plus they make you see your loved one in the community room. They wont let you in their room. What are they hiding. Yea, yea they are saying cause of Covid. I am not comfortable with my parent being there.
