But It’s very sad to say but unless your jews they don’t care about you or your loved one.. My 87 year old Dad has been rehabbing at this amazing facility for two weeks after a dangerous fall. Thanks to the twice daily PT, he is back to walking and climbing stairs. He is even stronger and more steady than before his fall. A big shout out to PT, the caretakers, the cleaning crew and the Office Staff responsible for the all the insurance paperwork. They saved my dad from living his life in a wheelchair. Sincerely, Karen Brosnan

This has to be one of worst places for help. Aside form the place is so dingy and dirty, the aids and nurses all are nasty, unprofessional, and will not go an extra step to help. They are all so unorganized. The call button rings all day and night constantly and patients calling for help repeatedly....

This has to be one of worst places for help. Aside form the place is so dingy and dirty, the aids and nurses all are nasty, unprofessional, and will not go an extra step to help. They are all so unorganized. The call button rings all day and night constantly and patients calling for help repeatedly. Horrible! They may be short staffed but that should not fall on the patients but yet it does. This place needs major improvements on all levels. If youre thinking of putting a loved one in here, make sure youre able to stay with them all day and night. Otherwise they will be neglected of the bare minimum, any help to bathroom. Help in bed and much more. Skelton crew for sure all week long and forget about Saturday and Sunday.

My mother spent 2 months at the rehab center recovering from a broken hip and elbow. She arrived on a stretcher and under the careful and capable staff at Friedwald, has recently come home and is functionally beautifully. Everyone there from the aids to the administrative staff, the social works, the nurses and doctors were lovely to us and always made time for our concerns, all during a time where we were learning to navigate a whole new world of care while worrying about my mother. Her aids, Hyacinth and Anne, were sweet and responsive and made sure she was comfortable. The social worker we were assigned, Pearl, was fantastic, stopping by when we were visiting to make sure we were okay, explaining how my mother''s progress would be tracked, and even going over Medicare benefits and how best to proceed. Every time I texted her with a question, she got back to me with an answer. Overall, it was a very very positive experience, I recommend it whole heartedly!
