What an amazing TCU Friendship Village has. My dad had to recuperate there following an operation and I''m glad to say it was such a positive experience. The staff was amazing! The facility was bright, cheery and very clean (nobody wants to recuperate in a poorly lit, messy place). I''ve had loved ones in different facilities and they don''t even come close to comparing to Friendship Village. I am beyond pleased they had an available bed for my dad when he was getting discharged from the hospital.

My husband and i both work in health care and we are both extremely picky when it comes to where we would recommend our parents to live out their golden years. My father in law is a retired MD and stated to us that Friendship village is the only place he would want to be. Friendship Village not only treats their residents like royalty, but they treat them like family. The teamwork i have seen displayed at friendship Village is amazing and second to none. The place is extremely clean, the Chefs and culinary team are amazing as well as the food and service. Administration cares a lot about the team members and dishes out tons of support, respect, and is great at promoting team work. FVB is a non profit community and has helped me in many ways. Friendship Village helped me finish Nursing school after being a CNA for twenty years and i will now be providing excellent Nursing care as a licensed Nurse to the best senior community in Minnesota! There is no where else i would want to work and no where else i’d wish to have my parents live and receive care.

Both of my parents have been at Friendship Village for over five years. They have transitioned from independent care to assisted to memory and nursing care. The staff is fabulous, the properties are great and overall, it is a great community. We have parents at another residence that is very nice, but Friendship Village is the absolute best in our experience.

My parents have enjoyed their time at Friendship Village over the years, including independent living and then in various health care units. The staff has been attentive, caring and professional, and we have been grateful for all they''ve done. We''ve learned about the importance of understanding the stages of care and how the different health care areas work in advance, as often it is explained to residents but not always as clear to family members. But overall, we''ve been quite happy with the experience.
